Getting started

A clear way to find your support.

Can I use Gaite for myself?

Yes. Personal and Family plans are available on the pricing page. You choose a plan, create your account, and start with what is happening in your life.

What if my organization provides access?

Use the access instructions supplied by your employer, insurer, or program. Your organization or provider confirms which benefits and services are available to you and your family.

Can Gaite help with something affecting my family?

Gaite's life-event guidance is for individuals and families. Family members can be invited to accounts of their own, and you can share a plan, document, or checklist with someone who is helping. Specific services and benefits can have their own eligibility and family-access rules, which the provider confirms.

Will I speak to a person?

Gaite organizes the situation and points you to the people and services that can help: HR, a provider, a program contact, or someone in your family. It does not replace them. If you share that you are struggling, Gaite connects you to real help, including the 988 lifeline.

What happens to what I share?

What you share stays yours. You can see, edit, and delete everything Gaite remembers, and a private chat is never kept. Your employer or sponsor never sees what you talk about. Read more under Privacy & Trust.
